The service
Stream provides browser playback, public links, embeds, Telegram bot-assisted public video page creation, viewer subtitle upload, subtitle styling controls, and performance features for supported Telegram-hosted videos. Features may change, be unavailable, or operate differently across devices and locations.
Free access and advertising
Stream is currently free and has no paid pricing plan. We may show advertising to support operation of the service when a visitor has provided the required consent. Free access, ad formats, or available features may change in the future with reasonable notice.
Telegram dependency and performance
Telegram remains an underlying media source. Playback can sometimes start slowly, buffer, fail, or become unavailable because of Telegram availability, rate limits, file size, processing, network conditions, maintenance, or circumstances outside Stream's control.
Public links
A Stream URL is a public sharing mechanism, not an access-control or confidential-storage feature. Anyone who obtains a working link may be able to view or redistribute it. Do not use Stream for content that must remain private.
Your responsibilities
You may only submit, share, embed, or access content when you have the necessary rights and permission. You are responsible for the content you make available and for complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, and other applicable laws.
If you create a public video page through the Telegram bot, you are responsible for the Telegram video or file you submit and for ensuring you have the rights to make it publicly available.
Prohibited use
- Do not upload or distribute unlawful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or infringing content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, overload infrastructure, scrape at harmful scale, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use Stream to distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized access.
- Do not misrepresent affiliation with Stream, Telegram, or another person.
Removal and suspension
We may restrict links, remove content, limit traffic, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal requests, rights complaints, security risks, technical harm, or violations of these terms.
Intellectual property
You retain rights you hold in your content. You grant Stream the limited permission needed to process, transmit, display, and technically adapt that content to provide the service. Stream's own interface, branding, and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Subtitle tools
Viewer-uploaded subtitle files are a playback convenience. Stream does not guarantee subtitle accuracy, compatibility, timing, styling consistency, or continued availability across every browser or device.
Disclaimers
Stream is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every Telegram video, format, device, link, embed, subtitle file, or network will work continuously. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stream is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use, inability to use, content, ads, Telegram outages, subtitles, or third-party services.
Changes and legal framework
We may update these terms as Stream changes. Updated terms apply from the published effective date. No jurisdiction-specific governing-law clause is stated in this version; mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
