What this policy covers
This policy applies to Stream's marketing pages, public video pages, embedded players, Telegram bot workflow, and related web services. Telegram and third-party websites have their own privacy practices.
Information we process
Stream does not ask viewers to create an account and does not operate a contact form on this website. When you contact us through Telegram or email, your message is handled by that provider and used only to respond to your request.
When you use the Telegram bot, Telegram may provide us with information needed to operate the bot, such as your Telegram username or ID, messages sent to the bot, Telegram file identifiers, video metadata, and public page creation requests.
Our servers and service providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and secure a web service, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, device type, playback errors, and diagnostic logs.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregated website usage and playback behavior. This can include page visits, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referral source, interactions, and session information. We use these insights to improve performance and usability, not to create Stream viewer accounts.
Advertising
With your consent, third-party advertising services may display or measure ads, especially around video playback. Those providers may process device identifiers, IP address, browser information, ad interactions, and cookies under their own policies.
Your choice matters.
Analytics and advertising scripts are disabled until you accept them. You can reject them or reopen Cookie preferences from the footer at any time.
Telegram-hosted media
Telegram is used as a media source. Stream processes identifiers and media information needed to locate and deliver a requested video. Public pages created through the Telegram bot should be treated as public links: anyone with the Stream URL may be able to view the associated video.
Viewer subtitles
If a viewer uploads an SRT subtitle file in the player, the file is processed in that viewer's browser for playback. Stream does not upload or store the viewer's subtitle file unless a future feature clearly says otherwise.
How information is used
- Deliver video, public pages, embeds, Telegram bot features, and related functionality.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse.
- Measure performance and improve the product after consent.
- Display and measure advertising after consent.
- Respond when you contact us directly.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with infrastructure, analytics, advertising, Telegram-related communication, and other service providers where needed for the purposes above or when legally required. Technical records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for operations, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Third-party providers set their own retention periods.
Your choices and rights
You can reject optional tracking, clear site storage in your browser, or contact us to ask about information associated with a direct request. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional access, correction, deletion, objection, or complaint rights.
Children and changes
Stream is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or its providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version.
